For
determining the resistance of the colour fastness of textile
against human perspiration on dyed fabric is determine by exposing
the fabric sample in alkaline and acidic reagents, while in
contact with grey adjacent fabric. The test specimen along with
adjacent fabric is placed between the acrylic plates under a
fixed load and kept inside the incubator oven for a specified
time.The apparatus use for the purpose is called Perspirometer.
